What Makes This Retreat Different?*

A person is writing in a notebook with a black pen, with a blanket partially visible under the notebook. In the background, there is a wooden dock and a body of water.
  • Rest – You’ll have expansive time for yourself. To journal, to wander the landscape, to be in your body, to listen to what wants to emerge.

  • Follow Your Own Rhythm – Most retreats leave you feeling exhausted, making it hard to return to real life. This one is designed to help you slow down, recharge, and feel refreshed, not drained by the time you go home.

  • Step Away From the Noise– We’ll have time away from social media and technology so you can fully unplug and reset.

  • Experience Kenya Like an Insider – Every place we visit has a special meaning to your host, who knows each location's history and personal stories.

  • Feel Supported in a Small, Close-Knit Group – With only 6 spots, you’ll have a chance t0 connect with other women, creating real friendships and shared experiences.

  • Guided interactions - We will guide you on how to connect to the environment like the silent intuitive bond that animals share across distance meditations and breathing .Each day we’ll come together for a gently guided session incorporating communication and embodied practices (tools such as hypnotherapy, journal prompts and map-reading your own rhythm).

Single rooms are limited to 3 and available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Payment plans available (email for info)
